17 year old patient - viral pyrexia with thrombocytopenia

CHIEF COMPLAINTS
Fever since 3 days, dragging pain of lower limbs since 3 days, weakness since a week
History Of Presenting Illness
Patient was apparantly asymptomatic 3 days ago when she developed high grade fever , not associated with chills and rigor , fever is continuous and relieved on taking medication
She also developed dragging type of pain in both lower limbs and generalized weakness since 3 days
PAST HISTORY
Not a known case of DM and HTN
No H/O sob, vomiting, pain abdomen, loose stools
No H/O epilepsy, asthma , TB
No burning micturition or haematuria
PERSONAL HISTORY
Reduced appetite
Mixed diet
Normal bowel movements
Normal sleep
Normal micturition
FAMILY HISTORY
No significant family history
VITALS
BP - 120/70
HR - 65 bpm
Temp - afebrile
RR - normal
GENERAL EXAMINATION
The patient is conscious coherent and oriented to time place and person
Pallor present
No Icterus
No Cyanosis
No Clubbing
No Kolionychia
No Lymphadenopathy
No Oedema
