Long case
Detailed step by step history was taken and properly arranged in a chronological order ...it ha made it easy for us to understand how exactly the problem arose and developed
Very detailed description of all the symptoms of the patient and detailed description of what the patient and the attender have clearly told them
The diagnostic approach is very clear and appreciable, it led to better understanding of the case
Questions well answered and urine microscopy made it easier for the diagnosis
Overall a very nice presentation of the case with all kinds of approaches clearly discussed and well answered questions
Short case 1
Well taken detailed history with proper chronology and good description o the signs and symptoms even by the patient
Very detailed systemic examination and muscle gradations
The muscle gradations, rigidity , heavy gait as the patient mentioned and tremors led us to the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease which is a neurodegenerative disease
All cranial nerve examinations were clearly described
It is idiopathic in this case as it is not secondary
Diagnostic approach was straightforward since the symptoms were quite clear
Short case 2
Well taken history with proper chronology of all events in the patient
Striations on the stomach thin skin buffalo hump ...these symptoms gave the lead to Cushing's syndrome
Very nice diagnostic approach
Also shown a few psychiatric problems which might be secondary to the actual problem since the marks are on the body and can be shown out
All case related image swere well taken and presented.

Even though we are not able to attend the practicals on our own or physically, the elogs help us understand what is going on in the hospital
Despite a lot of face to face communication with our professor, we felt engaged as we are being given elogs to make which are really helpful for us to follow the cases and improve our understanding and knowledge
Attending the classes will definitely give a much better scope for learning
Telemedical learning is not as effective
But I take this opportunity to thank our professor and the interns and PGs who helped us a lot to feel more engaged
And have guided us through their guidance
